John is a native of the Pacific Northwest and the Emerald City, so the Ithaca weather is making him feel right at home. He’s been singing since the second grade and sang in his high school’s jazz and chamber choirs for four years. Now that he is attending Ithaca College, he continues his passion for vocal performance in the choral ensemble, and of course, IC Voicestream! As an aspiring broadcast journalist, John also works as an assistant producer for ICTV’s Newswatch 16. He loves getting involved with the local community, acting as an IC Big Brother and volunteering twice a week at South Hill Elementary. John knows he is extremely lucky to be part of such an amazing group and looks forward to contributing his voice to the phenomenal sound that is IC Voicestream.
